Old Samsung Phones Sprint

Bluetooth touch pad on Sprint?

I just got a new phone with Sprint (Samsung M500). I sent some songs to my phone via Bluetooth, but have no idea how to get the set of songs as my fingers. My old phone in the UK has allowed this without problems, but it seems that Sprint has set it so that the only thing you can use as a bell is something you have to purchase through the Sprint store. Is that so? If so, if I take you Sprint to the store and complain a lot about it, there's no way they can unlock this thing (or how I could possibly me?)?

i have the same issue. my cousin taught me a form e-mail or "gift" ringers ive already bought another number, but through bluetooth … Sprint is just trying to more money
