Promblems with the screen on Samsung Blast?

My Samsung Bast has nothing, but were problems for me. In May of 2008 when I arrived, it worked very well. Then in April of '09 many of the buttons stopped working and became useless my phone. I called T-Mobile and got a replacement. Now, less than 6 months later, my screen is acting strange. I take very good care of my phone. Dropping it is rare for me. When I touch a few buttons (the end call button, select the button, the directional pad, flashing the phone, then the screen goes completely black, but the phone still connected, and with the memory and luck, I can use it. Other times, when I slide the phone up, the screen goes completely white and is useless. I do not know what to do. My contract is up in May 2010, but I really I can not wait that long for a new phone. All the techniques of problem solving?

Call T-Mobile and get another replacement.
