How Un-one frezza J700i Samsung?

I thought I knew the pin, but now it froze and I can not do anything? The phone is with Vodafone if that helps. i know there is a code that the company gives you that you enter, but will not even let me put that in! HELP ME! thanks

Hi Doug, If unfortunately you have entered the PUK code incorrectly 3 times then the phone was blocked. Vodafone will not be able to get this unlocked for you now.
