How do you get the PUK code to unlock a Samsung?

I closed my Samsung phone and SIM card, just wondering if there is some way to get it: S

You have to call the service provider's customer service from a landline phone. They will check whether you are the account holder and ask for some information from the SIM card itself. After they give you the PUK code. Stay in line with them until you have successfully entered it. If you mistype 10 times, you will completely block your SIM card and have to buy a new one.
