Samsung Phones Water Damage

The patch of water on my phone was red which usually means water damage, but my phone works perfectly?

I just have a Samsung Omnia five days ago, and apparently already has water damage. The phone has never been near water or touch it and im sure of it. I'm afraid What if my phone is always a problem, Telus automatically Blame It On the damage caused by water. What should I do?

ok so ur phone is broken, probably from the water … u have to do is put ur phone in a bag of rice and remove the battery immediately. also the battery and leave the phone in the bag of rice for 24 hours.
