How do I set the date and time for an office phone Samsung IDCS 28D?

Phone systems were replaced and now the date and time is wrong. Nothing in the instructions that were left provides steps to correct them. The correct date and time are needed to document the receipt of messages and voice calls.

This is a multistep process that involves entering the program as an administrator and then set the date and time. A programming can be done only from a phone screen with 12 or 24 buttons. 1.With its on-hook, press and TRSF then dial 200. Your screen then shows ENABLE CUS. PROG. The example below shows Monday, April 7, 2003, 9:30. 6.OLD: 0 04 07 03: new 09 30: WMMDDYY: hhmm. 7.Enter date correct using the dial pad as follows: W = Day of week (0-6; week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday) MM = Month (01-12) DD = Day of Month (01-31) YY = Last two digits of the year (01) HH = Hour (Use 24 hour clock and enter the range 00-23) mm = minutes (00-59) Press TRSF to store and exit programming. If you entered invalid data, you receive an INVALID message entry for three seconds. Reenter the date and time.
