Sony Ericsson Phone Memory Full

what happened to my phone? says there is no network coverage? and how can I fix this?

Yesterday afternoon, I was about to enter in a physical and my cell phone (a Sony Ericsson Cyber shot C510) was working perfectly well when she suddenly came with a message saying the phone was so full that I needed to delete one or more files. I was puzzled because I had a lot of memory before! So I deleted a couple of pictures, when suddenly the phone off. I went panicked and turned it again and then my phone kept saying "I have no network coverage 'worked was in fact nothing to do with the network because I inserted mmy cardsall ssim a little more differentnetworks and worked very well = /. the phone also delete all my messages, contacts, and now the usual bluetooth work! Please, tell me a way to fix this bbecause itsdriving me crazy! : I have the phone, I can not afford aanotherone and I really love this phone! Even if you ddon'tknow a way to fix it please tell me what went wrong? any help much appreciated xx N

Maybe its just bad sign, especially if the network is 3 years or Tmobile
