I'm having problems with the media and messaging wap after changing rates?

I changed my O2 online pay as you go tariff for the tariff simplicity, it was not simple when it came to sending and receiving picture messages. I can not even go to WAP. I called the service center, attempted receive and install the settings again, even taken from a store of O2. As well as the store that I brought it. Has anyone else had this problem and how can I solve the problem other then buy a new phone? The phone I have is a Sony Ericsson K550i. Hi the issue has been resovled thank God.

go entertainment and there is something called the O2 as a click on it and press receive settings or something similar, and they will send you a text and settings that you press in yes:) gd luck. x
