Sony Ericsson Phone Virus

sony ericsson phone virus
Hi I've a Sony Ericsson W300 i phone. Need guidance anti virus!?

Some kind of virus is to disable the ability to access the phone and the memory card via the USB cable. Anti Virus (Symantec and AVG) are not detecting it. I'm using the transfer Dics phone and options Photoshop. What shud I do? There is a malware or spyware effetive for a phone, but it can be installed on the PC and then used to scan the phone (pen drives I use a lot is the source of the virus?)

Sony Ericsson W300i is a Symbian phone – it uses a proprietary operating system. There no virus nor anti-virus programs for it. However, it is possible that your PC is infected. Also, some PC virus attempts to copy itself to all drives Removable found in the system (eg, pen drives). If, when connected to the computer, the phone looks like a pen drive for him, it is possible that the virus is copied to phone. You can not run there, though (it's a virus PC), so that your phone is not infected. In some circumstances it may be a vector of infection to another PC, however. The first thing you should do is disinfect your PC. If Symantec and AVG does not find anything, try some of the other popular AV programs for PC (McAfee, F-Prot, NOD32, Trend, etc..) Once the PC is virus autoplay, free to disable removable drives, connect the phone to the computer and check it as a pen drive, if this is how it looks at the PC. If, however, the computer is not infected, then your problem is not caused by a virus. In both cases, the phone is definitely not infected.
