You can make a cell a Bluetooth adapter for a PC?

I'm trying to play Wii on a PC (with Wii emulator). You can play using the Wii remote to have a Bluetooth adapter. I'm wondering if I can use my phone (Sony Ericsson K850i: P with bluetooth) and connect it to your PC so you can be a Bluetooth adapter for it. Is it possible? or have to buy a Bluetooth adapter?
