I think my phone got wet!?

yesterday I was talking on my phone (Sony Ericsson W810i) in the rain, and was working very well. Then I went to football practice and put it in my bag under a tree with the pouch with my phone facing the floor. practice after I call my father and screen was all blurry and / messed up. after I got off the phone the screen was fine. but then my friend called me and he was confused again.what should I do?
