Sony Ericsson Phone Black Screen

I have a Sony Ericsson S5OOi, is just a blank screen so I've taken it apart .. How can I fix it?

I had this phone for about 2 / 3 years. its an old phone i know, but I love it. Recently, the screen started to black, then white, but white. Now imagine that you split the screen into four sections, the lower section is working right, so I can see what usually happens on the screen. but the rest is all black, or some scintillating strange colors. I took my phone apart, even to the fuses and everything. I took the screen out as well. But I put it together, tried again, and their equal. Its really strange, but does anyone know what the problem might be? Or how I could fix this? Thankyou!
