Sony Ericsson Phone Troubleshooting

no other way to transfer files from my Sony Ericsson phone to my pc without using the PC Suite?

because I can not get the Sony Ericsson PC Suite to connect to my phone and I've tried to solve the problem, but it will work because I do not have rights to administrative reasons. Then there is another way using usb i can get the files from my phone on my computer?

Unfortunately without the PC Suite software on your PC will not recognize the phone as a storage device, so you will not be able to use it to transfer files. Also if the PC Suite is installed, but it goes off does not work. The PC suite should recognize the phone is no other way. Have you tried uninstalling PC Suite, restart and re-install?
