How do I get my home made themes from my computer to my Sony Ericsson phone?

I have a Sony Ericsson w580i and I just downloaded the theme creator Sony Ericsson. I picked up my phone and spent forever doing an entire issue to him, and now I can not figure out how to make the theme really for my phone. I have it connected with the USB cable and everything, I just cannot figure out how to do this …. Edit

you open a new window and find the subject, having found a double-click on the topics menu of the phone (when USB is connected) and click and drag it:)
