How do you fix the path of a mobile phone touch screen?

I own a Sony Ericsson P1i. It is an amazing smartphone, but recently had to stop use it, following the work began blunder. For example, when I click on something in the center of the screen, the selection is made, is what is the top of the screen. The phone still works perfectly, save this problem. I talked to a few dealers cell phone and none of them knew how to solve the problem. Anyone know how to fix this? Is there any software that can be downloaded to fix it?

The operating system does it work? If you happen to have Windows Mobile, go to Start> Settings> System> Screen Then tap "Align Screen" If not, try using the arrow keys to navigate the difficult settings and look for something like that.
