Probably go to Java, but more importantly going to go better with decent emulators, you not want to keep flashing the phone in each test cycle. I really like RIM / Blackberry, but I think it's only good for plug-ins not completely reload the operating system. Another option might be to create your own virtual phone and go to C # and Windows XPe. _
