Quicktext Thunderbird is an extension that improves the experience of an e-mail. The application was originally designed for open-source program for Thunderbird mail, now works Windows Outlook or Mail.app. Quicktext Thunderbird does respond to several e-mails with similar responses, but a custom task.
Install the program, which will be explained later, you will save time and allow focus your attention on more important matters. Quicktext is highly recommended for people as representatives customer service, the authors of the website, or any person who expects a flurry of consultations by e-mail after posting a personal ad.
Quicktext Thunderbird is a free software, but you could have the paid version, Quicktext Pro, which has some additional features. Try Quicktext free now to see what is at stake. Quicktext works with Mac and PC, but the applications of e-mail the following instructions are for those who use Thunderbird.
How to Install and Quicktext Use Thunderbird
- Quicktext.xpi Download and save to your computer. Click Install and browse to xpi. File you just saved. Click Install Now restart the PC.
- Start preparing your answers Quicktext back to Thunderbird and click the button to compose a new e-mail. Go to Tools and select Quicktext. Create a group (for a particular query, for example), clicking Add. Seal of the group.
- Click Add again after text to begin entering models of their responses Quicktext. Create variations and label accordingly.
- Test by going to your mailbox and finding an e-mail query example has just been prepared. Note that when replying, click a button dropdown will allow you to select the appropriate response.
