Google Phone G1 Android help please …..?

im having some problems with my new G1 …. will not find other Bluetooth devices and I really I would like to find a way to get flash player downloaded onto it so I can use the BBCi player and ketchup ITV, online movies, etc … If you can help are a STAR !!!!!!!! thnx guys .. xxxxx.
