Google G1 or Blackberry Pearl?
I'm in need of a new cell, and I'm in the market for a smartphone. I'm with T-Mobile and I do not want a phone released because they are simply too expensive for me. Today, Google announced Android G1 for T-Mobile for $ 179.99, a very good price for a very capable phone. I've also been looking at the Blackberry Pearl for $ 99.99. Now the phone is the best? I want a phone to send e-mail, text messages, instant directions, usability, and only one operating system overall pleasant. The touch screen on the G1 is a nice feature, but it looks laggy at Engadget. So now I'm thinking, what is best to buy? Save $ 80 on the Pearl, or go all out and get the G1?
