Are there any phones that run Android not considered a "smart phone" for Verizon?

im 16 and i dont really need 3G when wifi is everywhere so does anyone know of a phone that is out or will be coming out that can be designed for teenagers who perform the operating system Google Android?

All Android phones on Verizon are smart phones. In fact there was an ongoing discussion in the forums Verizon. Supposedly you can use the phone only on wifi without data plan. Some features will not work though. Nothing will become that Android is not a smart phone.
