Google Android Pc Emulator

You can install the Google Android on a PC with Windows Vista?

There is an emulator though. I would like to actually see the Google Android and have the chance using it. If not what happened with a recent and popular version of Linux? Thanks in advance for any help.

As far as I know you can not install Android on a PC, but you can install Ubuntu or Fedora or many other Linux distributions.
