Google Android J2me

I am a web designer, I want to get into the lineup – especially mobile applications, where do I start?

I know basic HTML, Javascripting. Nothing more. What is the best way to begin developing mobile applications for Google Android? Furthermore, I need to know to program Google's OpenSocial? There is more to J2ME and Google Android when you talk about Programming Mobile?

I would say the place to start is non-applications mobile. It's almost like saying, "I want a software program of national security, where do I start?" Most applications of mobile phone and the games are Java applets, so I think the place to start would be Java. Get yourself a beginner Java book and start practicing. Once you get very familar, you can optimize your work very well that it will go well and leave a small footprint of a mobile device.
