Iphone Development Book

is the C # for Dummies the best way to learn C target some1 whose never programmed, or is there another book?

I was planing on using C #, Java, then the iPhone application development (all the "for dummies") to go from not knowing anything possible using the SDK, if there is a better way please let me know

It would be a waste of money. The series "dummy" will not teach you enough to do what you want to do and in the end you'll just end up buying another book. If your serious about programming, I recommend the Deitel series of books. Each book in the series uses the same exact format, it starts from a page, assuming you know nothing and walks you through each chapter to increasingly complex issues. The books have plenty sample code, online support, and practical exercises.
