Hello and welcome to our history – The world of the Titanic Heart Belfast.This idea of community was designed and developed under the shadow of the giant Thompson Dock, Located here in Queens Island in Belfast. The dock, most of the time in the world, is approaching the anniversary of 100, as well as the Olympic class liners, it was built to serve. The dock is now at the heart of Northern Ireland Science Park, which is an important ingredient in the emergence of a new Belfast, bright and vibrant and Northern Ireland, part of a renewed and vibrant island economy (such as savings go of course!)
Belfast is a city with a pedigree of Engineering Marvel and scientific discovery. Is only, therefore, that promote our 21st century aspirations of the shadow of a remnant of our industrial past that can relate the good, the bad, and also, unfortunately, the downright ugly side of business, progress and development. The Thompson Dock is also the closest thing in our world to a real footprint of the RMS Titanic and ships of its sister, Olympic and Britannic.
Through our community of developers, we hope to bring you new and interesting stories, information, news and world events of the Titanic. We will be working with our friends from Belfast Titanic Society who have cherished the memory of the Titanic and maritime Achievements of Belfast with a caring, love and trust, which suffered during the journey of our country to come to terms with the legacy of the Titanic and through our darkest moments, too.
We Contributions Welcome to the wider family Titanic – people who for whatever reason feel an affiliation and kinship with his memory and history. We engage and inspire the family to commemorate and celebrate his memory and discuss the eternal lessons that it serves to provide us.
