You can jailbreak a legally unlocked iPhone for Apple? Help!?

I am looking to buy a legally unlocked Apple (the IMEI number is taken by Apple for the iPhone is always recognized as unlocked and can be used with any service provider), so I have to use one or TurboSim the same thing. However, I want to Jailbreak iPhone so I can have applications and change the theme and whatnot. If I Jailbreak "Legally unlocked iPhone" should not touch anything, right? Because Apple still has the iPhone's IMEI number registered as an official unlocked iPhone. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank You! I talked to many people who have unlocked iPhones by Apple. Most of them are from Australia or somewhere abroad, but they can come unlocked.
