I love a new year, since it means a new beginning, a change of habits and a time for new growth targets.
It also means a moment to reflect on everything I have learned in the previous year, I want to take in 2010 and through that I need to leave behind.

1. Expect the best for yourself.

2. Love your beautiful self.
The above can not be achieved if you do not like yourself, warts and all. I'm my own toughest critic, but when I let it be to me a time and when and pat on the back for my accomplishments I am very proud outcast. So, congratulations to yourself during the years when you're doing a great progress. Take time to pamper yourself every time you reach a milestone.
3. It has a great vision for your business.
Let's face that 2009 was a challenging year for anyone in business. 2010 can only get better so it's time to imagine the success of your business will have on New Year, the growth will experience and draw you will make through a coherent and concerted effort in the right places. Keep that image in your mind and solidify it on a daily basis with what works for you – Forums vision, written statements, weekly progress sheets or team meetings constructive.
4. Surround yourself with positivity.
No matter what, stay positive. Just keep your company vision and positive thinking. Remember that problems do not last long and have a vision optimistic will get you through the difficult times. If you can not meet it alone, call the support network of his best friends, mentors and advisers. Learn let other people help you.
5. Plan ahead.
It is always better to have a clear plan in anything you do in life, especially business. Better yet you should aim to have a plan A and plan B for when things are not working. Flexibility to act decisively in changes in the landscape business are critical to success.

A new year is also a year of re-connect with contacts and start again with the previous business relationships that may have gone sour. Learn to forgive. Go out and see the world outside your comfort zone, known as your office. Meet new people and exchange business cards with them. Who knows, this new knowledge can be your next loyal customer or future business collaboration. It invigorates your soul to meet like-minded people and learn from them.

Study the market and see what your target market may need or be interested in coming for years. Read on a daily basis, on emerging trends in your area of business so you can stay ahead of The Game, and prepare for your next step towards make your business more profitable.
9. Share your fortunes.
Become a shining example of corporate social responsibility. Plan an activity which your company can contribute and help the less fortunate members of the community. She has to be a big party that needs to be disclosed. A simple act of donating to an organization that is making a difference is enough to show that you care.
10. Relax and enjoy life.
It's easy to say that when you're on vacation, but it really will not hurt to leave to enjoy yourself with mini-breaks during the year. Yes, as entrepreneurs tend to love our business and become dependent, but taking a break to recharge you will do wonders and your business.
