iphone apps development java
What programming language is used for the development of the iPhone?

I wanted to learn Java, but I read that the iPhone can only use applications programmed with Objective C. Is it true? If so, I'll switch to C + +.

iPhone apps are written in Objective-C and use the API Cocoa Touch. It is technically a superset of C (any valid C is valid Objective-C), but the goal is a C extension syntax very different from vanilla C. Apple has an extensive documentation available at the link below. To view it you must register as an iPhone Developer register (free)
