Iphone Screen Size Problems

Having problems with my iphone, please, if I can help?

I just got my iPhone sg3 as a week ago anywho, does anyone know what I Iphone'm having this problem on the icon that now are really great and the screen is useless unless you have a lot of time on your hands and make all those mad tricks to make it work if anyone here knows and can tell me how to put the icons to their normal sizes. I really enjoyed .. thank you so much!
