Iphone Resolution Change

how I can not change my computer resolution to more than 16?

I downloaded my iphone on my computer and it changed my resolution to 16 and now my icons are huge. when I went to change it back it wont let me change anything. I even went to advance and follow, but it is not will allow me to. can anyone help?

Boot in safe mode and see if you can change the resolution.
