Iphone Instructions Online

Uuughhh! Can someone please tell me step by step how to put music on my iPhone from my iTunes?

That's extremely frustrating. There step by step instructions online and it is not intuitive as it does not let you simply drag and drop from the iTunes library. I need someone to tell me exactly what to do. PLEASE HELP!
