Unlock iPhone 3.1.2 software for T-Mobile?

I upgraded my iPhone software to 3.1.2 and blocked my phone. I just need a link to the site more confident that I can unlock it again. I've never done this before, then you have any tips will be appreciated. It is thanks to the iPhone 3G.

My advice would be to jailbreak iPhone and then you use Cydia, a program that comes on your iPhone after jailbreaking it to perform one of many programs that allows you to jailbreak it. For more specific advice I suggest going to youtube because there are many videos that will show you a step by step guide on how this can be done.
