The battery of the iPod's battery losing too fast?

So, my iPod continues to lose its battery 3 times faster than usual. I got it about a year and is 1st gen. I cut it and restored it to 5 months later and updated the software to 3.1.2, but was freedor some reason … Or it says the battery% I I think it is only in the iPhone firmware … Did I install this somehow? But andway I updated it and cut it with a different system blackrain and after a while I have this weird crack the bottom of the screen is gray and internal changes in appearance and color every day pretty much. Then about a week later, the battery started die very fast. I restored again and I still have this problem … Can you help? Thanks Sean

OK So you went against what Apple says you cleared the native operating system installed two OS 3rd party and now something went wrong, you are seriously shocked? There is a reason why Apple says that non-users to jailbreak and I hope you learned your lesson. best advice is to go out and get a new iPod or just deal with their situation current
