Iphone Office 2007 Sync

As notes sync my iPod touch to my computer?

Here are the details. I have an iPod touch with software that iPhone 3 is necessary. I have an emachines desktop computer with Vista Home Premium on it. It also has Microsoft Office 2007, but do not have Microsoft Outlook as it should so I can not synchronize my notes. So, can someone tell me how to get prospects for free or tell me to another free way to sync my outlook notes without anyone replied to my question.

I have Vista and had this same problem. Vista does not have Outlook and can not get it for free. The App MobileMe and your signature Monthly is too expensive, so that was out of question. The free solution I found was the Gnotes app. I can create notes or on my PC using Google Notebook or on my Touch Gnotes using, and then synchronize them wirelessly.
