Iphone Visual Voicemail Not Working

Iphone does have "failed" error. It was unlocked, and I clicked restore so that I could sign up for ATT.

I had a phone unlocked with anySIM, but now I want to pay monthly for visual voicemail and EDGE so I clicked restore thinking it will get me the settings factory. However, it did and now I have this rather "incorrect" error. I want to know how can I activate my iPhone and make it work again.
