How can I get headphones to stay / fit better in my ears?

I have small ears, and always had ear problems starting to fit better. My ear canals are just not built to perform these pieces comfortably. They always fit loosely, and can never work with them because they fall out so I start running. I currently have the Samsung Behold phone and headset. What changes can I do to the headset so that the earphones fit better?

you may have heard that go in your ears (you have to push and it sounds like surround sound and its soft and you will not be able to feel it) or get the over the head headphones

among these three phones, which is the best?

samsung j750, sony ericsson k530, and LG ku380..im going to buy one..unfortunately, these are the only phones that sticks to my budget..which one should i choose???? please help!
