Hi there, after updating the software on my iPhone that you have removed all my music and not let me synchronize and everything about it is this>>>> *** The iPhone can not be synchronized. An unknown error occurred (13019). what I have to do to correct problem? Thanks

I would take him back to where you bought it and let them do the upgrade. I have heard of many people with this problem. The alternative is to do a hard reset and try the update again. Then see if you can synchronize.

Can I pull text messages from my phone with a USB data cable connected to my PC?

I’m thinking about buying a USB data cable to connect from my Samsung M520 cell phone to my PC, because there’s just a white screen on the phone now and I can’t see anything on it. I know I can import music, but can I also get my text messages by doing this as well? Thanks!
