Open my computer and open the removable disc that could be you phone and look for a multimedia folder that has music images and video etc in it… drag n drop all the file you want in to the music folder

Do you need to get the internet service if you purchase a blackberry for verizon? Are some models optional, if so which ones? and do they work on wifi?

You must purchase a data package with any blackberry/pda on Verizon’s network in addition to your calling plan in order for you to be able to use them. The cheapest data plan is $29.99 for email/internet access, the other plan is $44.99 but is for more of corporate business use. Some phones work on wifi, others do not, if you look at verizon’s webpage and pull up the phone you are interested in it will show you if it is wifi capable.
